Very good and tasty breakfast and dinner with plenty of options to choose (greens, fruits, breads, youghurts, warm dishes, sweet treats, salads, cheeses, soups). We had only breakfast included in the room price but ate dinner twice at the hotel. Good value for dinner. Big rooms and huge bed. Jacuzzi in the room. Location easy for cars and day trips (next to the highway), free parking. Nice views towards the mountains (note that it is still city view due to proximity of the highway and nearby shopping area) and the sea from the pool area. Very friendly staff (Rafa from the animation team especially!). Nice evening programs and shows. Decoration and furniture is old fashioned but still functional.

I loved that the hotel was in an elevated position with great views. We enjoyed the walk down (183 metres!) into Puerto de la Cruz. Of course the walk back up was more challenging, but we looked at as being good exercise! Its about 30 minutes and a couple of steep sections, so wear trainers. Alberto looked after us well at the little poolside restaurant and we loved the food there. The rooms were extremely spacious and it was great to have a kitchen area and fridge - I had read a tip from a previous guest who said to bring a kettle, so I did. Beds were comfy, great bathroom with a jacuzzi bath! We will definitely go back again!!

The rooms are very spacious with huge beds. There is a nice large lounge area with a seating area and table, plus a large balcony overlooking the pool and Puerta de la Cruz. The variety and quality of food at breakfast and dinner is absolutely superb. The staff are extremely polite, friendly and attentive. The amenities and grounds of the hotel are superb. The location just outside the city in its own grounds on top of a hill is fantastic. Everything was perfect and cannot be faulted.

I liked everything, especially breakfast and facilities (gym, swimming pools, garden) Special remark to Mr. Marcos, at the buffet restaurant (very kind and helpful). We stayed in a premier room, with seaview and it was wide, clean and very comfortable. Refurbishment of the refrigerator included as well as coffee etc . Housekeeping very gentle ad supportive (they also provided us a heater as it was very cool these days). Beds and pillow superb, almost never slept so well in a hotel.

The staff were exceptionally courteous and helpful, and the room exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and cleanliness. The breakfast was rich and tasty, with a wide selection of local delicacies. The location of the hotel turned out to be perfect – close to the center, yet in a peaceful area. I definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay
